The planning commission voted to approve the draft resolution for the West Mountain FPDPs while removing three contested conditions tied to annexation-agreement conveyances and boundary issues. A commissioner moved and seconded the motion to approve the resolution "striking conditions 3, 4, and 5 with the understanding that staff will further review those conditions before bringing [them] in front of the board." The motion passed with one member opposed.
