A cabinet member identified as Mike outlined proposed changes to the district's BoardBook (Boardwalk) system intended to streamline agenda and attachment workflows. He said the cover page will be replaced with a brief description field (two to three sentences) for short items; longer background will remain as attachments. "The intent is that this would be no more than maybe 2 to 3 sentences," he said.
