Melissa (S11), representing the community mental health program (CMHP), told commissioners that persistent payment delays and administrative errors by PacificSource have forced her organization to dedicate two full-time staff to billing and collections. She said the CMHP that filed an individual complaint to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) is now coordinating with six other county CMHPs and plans to file a joint complaint to press for resolution.
