The Drainage Board considered two Consent for Permanent Structure petitions during the meeting. Emma Smalley requested permission to construct a concrete driveway and a detached garage at least 38 feet from the top of bank of the STANGLAND #33 county regulated drain; Member Michael Schrader moved to approve and the motion passed 5-0.
