The Santa Rosa City Council on Feb. 13 approved Ordinance 458 authorizing a loan agreement with the New Mexico Environment Department to fund sewer repairs and passed Resolution 25-10 to designate an official borrower representative and signatory for disbursement requests tied to RIP 00067.
