P&Z hears updates on Copper Knowles, Onnie Ranch, Williams Ranch and Orchid Hill grading
Staff reported completion of perimeter fencing, gates and street lights at Copper Knowles; infrastructure and pond excavation at Onnie Ranch; final slab pours at Williams Ranch; and confirmed that grading at 340 Orchid Hill is being done under an approved grading permit.

During the meeting a staff member briefed commissioners on ongoing local development. He said perimeter fencing, gates and street lights have been completed at Copper Knowles and that the town is preparing for a final walk-through of public improvements.
