Board members asked detailed questions about utilities and construction phasing for the campus building. Kane and Wes explained that the site contains chilled water, steam and other utilities that serve adjacent buildings and that temporary rerouting, new utility tunnels or short downtimes will be required to maintain campus operations during construction.
