During its Aug. 17 meeting the Rogers County Board approved five utility permits covering crossings and parallel installations for Cox Communications and Oklahoma Natural Gas (ONG) in Districts 1–3. The permits are recorded on the agenda as UT‑P‑26‑76 through UT‑P‑26‑80 and were approved by motion and unanimous roll call.
