Vice-Chair Steve Dzubak told the meeting that "there was not a quorum of Planning Board members in attendance, and therefore no voting or business could be conducted." The board therefore did not act on agenda items including the review of the July 16, 2026 minutes or proposed edits to the zoning ordinance for 2026.
