City planning staff updated the Landmarks Commission on an ongoing zoning-code rewrite that would move Old Town guidance into codified minimum standards. Staff said the draft will go before the Planning & Zoning Commission in the next 30 to 60 days and then to city council for recommendation and that the change would make many previously advisory guidelines enforceable at the code level.
