The City of Columbia Plan Commission recommended that the Zoning Code be amended to add Chapter 17.64, Stream Buffer Protection, creating stream buffer zones and establishing general provisions and development standards. Vice‑Chairperson Beth Kutterer‑Sanchez moved the recommendation and Commissioner Mike Macik seconded; the roll call vote was unanimous.
