Council backs CDBG application and hires Coles County for grant administration
Sullivan authorized Resolution 24-YY supporting a Community Development Block Grant and approved a contract with Coles County Regional Planning and Development to administer grant appropriations after confirming a prior public hearing had been held.

Mayor Mike Mossman told the council a required public hearing for the Community Development Block Grant had been held before the meeting, allowing action on the council support resolution. The council voted 4-0 to accept Resolution 24-YY, the Council Resolution of Support for the CDBG application.
