The council considered and approved Ordinance 25-11, authorizing a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Redevelopment Agreement with Booker Realty LLC and Benjamin E. Booker, and Ordinance 25-12, extending a TIF Redevelopment Agreement with Main Street Capital Partners LLC for the Masonic Temple project at an 80/20 arrangement.
