The House Committee adopted SCR 132, a resolution urging the City and County of Honolulu to take steps to finalize and prioritize the Cable Drive extension project. The clerk read that the City and County Department of Transportation Services registered opposition; the Free Access Coalition and seven individuals were listed in support and one individual in opposition.
