The Smith County Commissioners appointed Owen Wagner as assistant road and bridge supervisor following the resignation of Travis Story, Commissioner Jim Gwennap said at a Nov. 24 special session in the Road & Bridge shop. "With Story's resignation, the commissioners have chosen to appoint Owen Wagner as the assistant supervisor," Gwennap said.
