Coffman & Associates presented the City of Powell Airport Master Plan final draft on July 21, and the Powell City Council voted unanimously to approve it. Consultant Mike Dmyterko said the plans "are done every 10 years" to evaluate demand, project a vision and identify capital improvements; he told the council FAA funding drives project timing and scope.
