The Presenter recommended the commission review architectural standards to ensure they fit the market and the community, and to consider form-based or hybrid codes in locations where those approaches make sense. "As part of the UDO process, we should just review our architectural standards and just make sure that that they're appropriate for the community, for the market oriented community wants," the Presenter said.
