After a recommended approval from the Planning Commission and no public comment, Custer County commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 2025-05, vacating a section line for Brumbaugh/Buffington Parcel #002001.

Planning Director Terri Kester presented the Brumbaugh/Buffington Parcel #002001 replat and noted the public hearing was advertised on Jan. 22 and Jan. 29, 2025 and that the Planning Commission recommended approval. There were no public comments during the hearing.
