The Washington County Board of Supervisors unanimously elected Randy Pennington as chair and Mike Rush as vice chair during its Jan. 14 meeting. Supervisor Hernandez moved to elect Pennington, and the board called the question and approved the motion by voice; the chair announced the vote as unanimous, 7-0.
