After hearing project presentations and questioning, the Rapho Township Board on Aug. 11 recorded three formal requests for follow‑up materials before closing the Conditional Use Hearing for Conditional Use #2026‑57. The board asked for (1) unit‑level bedroom counts and details on any proposed lease restrictions limiting tenant vehicles; (2) a plan of the entire site showing all parking areas for existing and proposed uses; and (3) identification of any other access points, emergency or permanent, besides the Strickler Road access off Esbenshade Road.
