Representatives Tanner Yost and Ryan Veirs briefed the board on agreements commonly used with wind-farm developers, including road-use agreements, developer agreements, contribution agreements, good-neighbor agreements and decommissioning agreements. Tabitha Owen asked Yost to draft a road use agreement, developer agreement, contribution agreement and decommissioning agreement for Smith County's review in connection with a road-use conversation with RWE.
