The board approved a bylaw change requiring anyone wishing to present to the board to notify the board chair 72 hours before a meeting; the motion carried unanimously as recorded.

The Sauk County Library Board voted to revise Article V, Section 6 of its bylaws to require that "Anyone who wishes to make a presentation to the Board must notify the Board Chair 72 hours before the meeting." The proposal was moved by Linda Kettner, seconded by Joan Fordham, and the motion carried.
