Lancaster County approved a package of renewals and an amendment for providers serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The board approved an amendment adding funds for Blakinger Thomas (legal services) at $92,830.50 (a 0.35% increase), a $30,000 renewal for Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development camp services, a $129,206 renewal for The Advocacy Alliance (consultation and education; +37.45%), a $170,898 renewal for The Arc of Lancaster County (community education and supports; +9.62%), and a $25,000 agreement with Your Language Connection for translation and interpretation services. The motions were recorded as passed unanimously and funding was identified as the Human Services Block Grant.
