Council accepted a slate of appointments and reappointments effective July 1, 2026, including members to the Board of Appeals, Building Commission, Library Board, Planning Commission, Sanitary Board, Traffic Advisory Committee, Urban Renewal Authority and Zoning Board of Appeals. The Nutter Fort Town Council on July 14 voted to accept a list of board and commission appointments effective July 1, 2026. Appointees included Mike Jones and Norval Lawrence to the Board of Appeals; Shirley Sheets to the Building Commission; Whitney Eagle to the Library Board Commission; Dave Nuzum to the Planning Commission; John Robinson to the Sanitary Board; Robert Titchenal and Travis Yost to the Traffic Advisory Committee; Raetta Allen to the Urban Renewal Authority; and William Williams to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
