At the end of the Aug. 25 session, several attendees spoke during 'Other Business.' Alan T. Saeger (identified with the National Motorists Association in the attendance list) spoke about changing Wapello County's speed limit from 55 to 60. Christian Schrock raised concerns about obtaining correct permits to pour a driveway and build a house. Marshall Dias voiced concerns about Flock (automated license-plate reader) cameras.
