CSISD staff outline Senate Bill 12 compliance steps, will present certification for vote in September
Staff told trustees the district must certify annual compliance with Senate Bill 12's Education Code provisions (including 11.005 and 28.002) by Sept. 30; notices were distributed to staff and volunteers, and the district is still mailing required hard copies to contractors and vendors.
