Wapello County supervisors approved The Samuels Group contract on Aug. 25 with additional contract language requiring weekly reports on amounts spent, a single mailing to be approved later, and an estimate breaking expenses into categories. Supervisor Bryan Ziegler moved and Vice Chair Carrie Teninty seconded the approval; the board voted unanimously.
