Rico coalition outlines district-heating pilot after state geothermal grants

Rico Geothermal Coalition founder Teal Stetson Lee told Dolores County officials the group has completed a scoping study and won state grant rounds (a $100,000 scoping award and a $200,000 design/monitoring-well award) to pursue a demonstration district-heating project and monitoring well.
