The Merrick County Board voted to approve an Interlocal Agreement to participate in Adult Drug Court Probation District 5 with Hamilton County. The motion passed by roll call: all ayes. The acceptance allows Merrick County to continue or participate in the District 5 Adult Drug Court probation arrangements with Hamilton County under the terms of the interlocal agreement presented at the meeting.
