Livingston council adopts updated building, electrical and fire codes
After a brief public hearing, the City Council unanimously adopted Ordinance No. A-862 to update Livingston's building, electrical and fire codes by adopting the 2024 International Codes and the 2023 National Electrical Code; staff said the changes include a waiver procedure for curved requirements.
