Board considers rezoning Route 611 corridor, JSPA Realty parcels targeted for B-2

At the April 20 work session, Solicitor Prevoznik described proposed zoning changes along the Route 611 corridor, including converting existing B-1 parcels to B-2 and changing parcels owned by JSPA Realty from R-2 to B-2. He said residential properties on Wiscasset Road would remain in R-2.
