Commissioners reviewed multiple Emerson Park capital projects including Colliers Engineering designs (theater roof repair, pavilion HVAC controls, museum shelter enclosure), contracted entrance/parking expansion (survey underway), and coordination to install vehicle charging stations by June 1, 2026.

Parks staff briefed commissioners on a suite of Emerson Park capital efforts on March 25, 2026. Colliers Engineering is advancing designs for the Merry-Go-Round Theater roof repair (expected by March 27, 2026), pavilion HVAC control replacement (design received), and an Agricultural Museum shelter enclosure (expected by March 27). A contracted Emerson Park entrance and parking expansion is in design and survey work was underway the week of the meeting.
