The Wagoner Metropolitan Area Planning Commission considered a zoning map amendment and planned development for Hat Creek Ranch (15639 S. 353rd E. Ave., Coweta) during its Aug. 25, 2026 meeting and the motion to approve was denied after a split roll call. Commissioner Skeen moved to approve and Vice Chair Maier seconded; the roll call recorded votes as follows: Chair Reich — No; Maier — Yes; Skeen — Yes; Ballew — No; Moore — Yes; Hamilton — No. The motion failed and the planned development request was denied.
