The Edgewater special magistrate heard a series of property-maintenance cases on Nov. 13 and issued findings of violation in each matter. Cases included repeat overgrowth and abatement (707 S. Flagler Ave.), multiple tall-grass citations, and minimum-standards failures at a commercial property. Citation amounts ranged from $75 (initial property-maintenance citations) to $150 for repeat offenses.
