Stephanie Newcomb, Quay County Family Health Center Administrator, presented the March RPHCA report and requested approval of the center's March invoice. The board voted to approve the invoice; the minutes record Rush, Fortner and Dowell voting "aye." Copies of the report and the invoice were attached to the record.
