Catherine Kepler, the district's ESL Coordinator, briefed the board on the 2024–2025 ESL/Emergent Bilingual (EB) program and said the district will request a waiver because two teachers at the elementary campus are not ESL‑certified. Kepler also reported that one student exited the program.
