The LeBoeuf Township Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 4 of 2026 on July 22, approving an amended fee schedule that the board described in the motion as containing "changes & corrections." Michael Porter seconded the motion introduced by William Phillips; Porter and Phillips voted yes and James Glover voted no. The resolution carried, and the board set the effective date for Aug. 1, 2026.
