The Springdale Art Review Board met Aug. 17 at the Canyon Community Center to work through a draft public art plan prepared by board member Lisa Benham and facilitated by town staff. Niall, the town staff facilitator, moved the meeting to edit the draft in real time, saying the group could "go through that methodically" and record agreed changes.
