Trustees approved an administrator contract after a request from Dr. Spicer; the motion (moved by Trustee Keith Guillory, seconded by Trustee Jeremy Davis) passed 6-0. The public minutes do not include contract terms.

At the May 27, 2025 special meeting, Dr. Spicer requested board approval of an administrator contract "as presented." Board President Jose Vidana entertained a motion to approve the contract; Trustee Keith Guillory moved the motion and Trustee Jeremy Davis seconded. The motion passed unanimously, recorded as 6-0.
