Charlie Krebs, River Ridge District Engineer, updated the Board on Pelican Sound gatehouse renovation plans, saying the project application has been submitted to the Village of Estero and draft bid language was sent to District Counsel and the District Manager. Once counsel signs off, district staff will advertise for sealed bids, accept packages from potential bidders, set a submission deadline and then present submissions to the Board after a formal bid opening.
