Authority says RAD conversion moving forward; resident meetings set for September

Executive Director Jedediah Jackson told the board the authority is advancing its RAD Section 18 conversion: financing-plan materials have been uploaded to the RAD Resource Desk and staff will request a HUD concept call prior to final financing-plan submission.
