New Aspen Acres Recovery Team forms to coordinate long-term recovery

Steven Trujillo, executive director of the Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, told the county commissioners that the Aspen Acres Recovery Team (AART) had formed to support people affected by the Aspen Acres fire and ensuing floods.
