The Ephrata Area Joint Authority on June 11 conditionally allocated 39 Equivalent Dwelling Units (EDUs), equal to 8,960 gallons per day, for domestic service to the proposed Caring Acres Community. The allocation is contingent on completion of recommendations in HRG's Water Plan Review dated May 18, 2026. The motion was moved by Luke Rohrer and seconded by Tim Barr; the minutes record unanimous approval.
