Jane Deihl, the property owner for 10 Westshore Drive, was advised at the July 15 meeting that the Conservation Commission had not received a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) for the proposed relocation of a septic tank. Commission members used the time to explain the steps the owner must take to file an RDA and set a public hearing for the commission’s next meeting on August 5, 2026, provided a notice is posted in a local paper.
