Board approves Toth subdivision modification, tables Benzinger Solar plan and accepts Wain extension
The Planning Commission and board approved a modification to allow an existing barn within a 50-foot setback and accepted the Toth Subdivision as presented; Benzinger Solar land development was tabled pending plan revisions and Wain Landscaping received a third time extension.

Planning Commission members reviewed the Revised Toth Subdivision Plan No. 2 and HRG, Inc. engineering comments. The Planning Commission recommended approval of a modification request allowing an existing barn within the 50-foot building setback and conditioned approval on submission of the appropriate form and a $40 application fee. At the March 9 meeting, Chairperson Lois Rankin moved to approve the modification; the motion was seconded by Braden Beblo and carried. A subsequent motion by Supervisor Ford Stepp to approve the Toth Subdivision as presented was seconded by Braden Beblo and approved.
