External audit designates KCCA low-risk auditee; single signature lapse resolved
KCCA's fiscal supervisor reported the organization was designated a low-risk auditee; auditors reviewed 40 files and found no procedural issues except one inspection form missing a second signature, which staff say has been resolved.

Carrie Irwin, Fiscal Supervisor, presented the annual audit findings and said auditors designated Kent County Community Action a low-risk auditee. Of the 40 files reviewed, Irwin reported that all had completed HQS inspections and the auditor found no questioning of costs or systemic procedural issues.
