Lee Barrier, representing the Division of Information Technology, recommended the board accept a quote from Logicalis under Kansas state contract no. 56660 to establish master consulting services good through April 30, 2027. Barrier described a broad set of consulting categories the contract covers, from strategic planning and data analysis to IT architecture, cybersecurity and project management, and said the service supports rapid, best-practice deployments.
