Community Development Director Brent Bybee told the Planning Commission that the city has posted two Requests for Proposals tied to housing grants it received. One RFP covers the Cagle Infill Project, intended to address infrastructure concerns for infill development; the other RFP covers a Housing Code Update that will analyze existing land-use code and propose revisions to meet legislative and regulatory requirements and make code provisions clearer and more objective.
