Warden Ryan Tipton presented the warden's report at the Warren County Board of Inspectors meeting on June 23, 2026, reporting inmate counts and staff training plans. Tipton listed the total populations: 9 females and 84 males, with 9 inmates housed for other facilities, 5 inmates housed by other facilities, 33 inmates sentenced to the county, and 58 unsentenced inmates.
