The City of Covington City Council voted Feb. 17 to amend Ordinance No. 09102024, updating rates and charges for solid-waste services to reflect new contract rates and applying a 10% increase indexed to the Consumer Price Index. April Bradshaw moved the ordinance amendment and Jan Piveral seconded; the motion carried 4/0.
